Returns & Exchanges

 ~It is our hope that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. Otherwise, you are welcome to return items for EXCHANGE OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT. We do not offer credit card refunds.
~Please return the item(s) within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Eligible returns must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, soiled or damaged. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
~Sale merchandise, Bracli products, Lola Luna products, open hosiery, adhesive products or special/customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Sorry, no exceptions.
~In the interest of hygiene, all bottoms must be tried over your own undergarments.
~Please use care when trying on a garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume, deodorants and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged, thus making it ineligible for return.
~Due to the delicate nature of our products, please use extreme care when returning items to us. We reserve the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and any items that have been rendered unsalable.
